Adidas and Kanye West Expand Their Partnership
Adidas announced today that their adidas Originals collaborations with Kanye West are becoming a full-blown partnership, which will likely result in complete lines of sneakers, sportswear and accessories, as well as stores. Via press release, adidas states joining forces with West is “the most significant partnership ever created between a non-athlete and an athletic brand.” Essentially, the Yeezy brand will become similar to Nike’s Michael Jordan section, aka: “Yeezy, Yeezy, Yeezy just jumped over Jumpman.”
